It is not a requirement for our company to have an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), external DPO,but if you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us by email at contact@praemostro.com
As data controller, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we carry out the following processing activities.
When you visit our website, we use cookies to make the website work, which you can read more about in our Cookies Policy.
When you subscribe to the Praemostro newsletter, you will be asked to enter your name, last name and email address. We will use the information in order to send the newsletter to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your name, last name and email address will be deleted from our email marketing platform. GDPR also requires us to inform you that we store your email address in an email marketing platform called MailChimp. This platform and its systems are based in the USA, which is regarded as an “unsafe country” under the Regulation as it is not an EU country and because the USA has not entered into special agreements in this area. As your email address is on our mailing list, we are obliged to inform you of this fact, but it should be added that there is nothing risky about this arrangement and you do not need to do anything in regard to this.
If you have any questions about our site or would like to find out more about our project, you can contact us via:
We will process your personal data, through this so that we can communicate with you in order to answer questions about our project. We only process the information that you give us in connection with this exchange of communications between us.
We will typically process the following general personal data: name, email, telephone number.
Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We will delete our communication with you once it is clear whether or not you wish to collaborate with us or not.
In the event there is a special case that requires your personal data to be stored for a longer period of time, then this may be the case.
The data on inquiries that we use for forecasts is considered pseudonymized, which means that a data processing agreement is required between Praemostro and you as a customer. This agreement will be automatically sent to you (unless you/your company prefer to use your own template) when a collaboration is established. Our agreement format is based on the Danish Data Protection Agency’s standard template.
The information we use to generate our forecasts, which we receive from you/your company, includes the number of people arriving within a given timeframe—for example, 12 people on December 2, 2021, between 12:00 and 13:00.
We delete the data used to develop forecasts from our servers one year after your/your company’s association with us ends (i.e., after the contract’s termination). If you/your company wish for earlier deletion, this can be arranged upon direct request at contact@praemostro.com.
Almost no one can do everything themselves and the same applies to us. That’s why we have partners with whom we collaborate and suppliers who we use, some of whom may be data processors.
For example, external suppliers may provide systems for organising our work, services, consulting, IT hosting or marketing.
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
We do not undertake profiling or automated decisions.
As a rule, we generally use data processors in the EU/EEA or who store data in the EU/EEA.
In some cases, this is not possible and in this situation data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used if they can provide your personal data with appropriate protection.
We ensure personal data is processed securely through the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We have undertaken risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have subsequently implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to increase the processing security.
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you.
If you want to exercise your rights, you are welcome to contact us so we can help you with this.
You have the right to access the information that we process about you, as well as a number of additional types of information.
You have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected.
In special cases you have the right to have your data deleted prior to when we would typically delete such data.
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited. If you have the right to have processing limited, we may in future only process data – with the exception of storage – with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims or to protect a person or important public interests.
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency’s Guidelines on the Rights of the Data Subject, which is available at www.datatilsynet.dk.
When our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.
